This page records what changed on FontFancy and when. It lists changes to the generator, to how the site handles your data, and to our published guides. Dates come from the site’s own publishing records, and entries are added when a change goes live — not before.

14 September 2026 — generator and trust update

  • Honest counters. The generator no longer shows site-wide copy numbers, “copies today” or helpful-vote totals. Those figures were not measured, so they were removed. Counts you see now are the copies made on your own device.
  • Copy history. The “Copied on this device” panel keeps styles, symbols and kaomoji you copied for up to 90 days, with 7, 30 and 90-day filters and a Clear button. It is stored only in your browser.
  • Symbol and kaomoji library. The homepage now carries 180 decoration symbols and dividers, 189 kaomoji faces grouped by mood, 78 stylish nickname ideas and 52 nickname templates, all as copyable text.
  • Unicode source table. Added a table showing which Unicode block each popular style is drawn from, checked against the Unicode Character Database.
  • Tiles that fit their content. Symbol tiles now size to what they hold instead of squeezing long combos into a fixed box.
  • Contact form. The Contact page now has a working form; messages are read in the site dashboard.
  • Comments removed. Commenting was switched off across the site and old spam submissions were deleted. The Privacy and Cookie policies were updated to match.
